For std::make_shared and std::make_unique, it would be great if there was a debug filter where it would step into the actual proper constructor, as opposed to the make_shared/make_unique code

Are you making a unique pointer to one of your own classes, or a STL class?

If one of your own classes, why not simply put a break point inside the class constructor?
