| I reached my registration limit plus i never knew i had one! So what can i do to install VA? |

We received your request to increase the registration limit for your serial number . Unfortunately, there is not an active support and maintenance agreement for this license.
Historically, Support provided limited assistance for activities such as changing registration limits as a courtesy to customers with expired agreements. This service is now limited to customers with active agreements. Please contact [email protected] to discuss your license options.

This is what came back from your company where i bought a UNLIMITED LICENSE that i can install on HOW MANY MACHINES AS IS WANT. And i really dont get the concept, i got multiple products for my projects and every single of them is registered with their current license on a new machine every 3-6 months. Stressless.
What could i do now?

| I don't work in sales, but I am not aware we sold unlimited licenses. Do you have a sense of how many machines you have installed VA onto? The normal expectation is installing VA onto 2 or 3 machines, since developers often have both a main machine and a laptop, but a single license doesn't expect you to be working on both machines at the same time. |

Hi,
installed on 1 PC that is online and on 1 PC that is ALWAYS offline (except for installation :) ). Now i try to reinstall my offline PC.
And its always the same machine (offline PC), so telemetrics or something could track it. |

Do you mean you have reinstalled several times on the same machine over time?
I don't know the details of the license check side of things, sorry about that, so I don't know if this is detected as a reinstall on the same hardware, or simply counted as a new install and license activation. The results seem to suggest that license activations are simply being counted, without doing a hardware check though.
If you are interested, there is currently a sale on new licenses, including personal licenses. But I understand if this experience is putting you off. |

That's the problem. If i knew that i have to pay 200 bucks each year, i would do it. But i won't pay twice for the same product. Would you???
And there must be a good reason that this info is burried in your terms (couldnt find REGISTRATION LIMIT on your websearch).
It's intentionally. Period.
Whatever, i'm off to JetBrains. Higher price, lesser performance. But they don't fraud people and this is something, isn't it?
