We sent in our request form for a Network (NNU) license 8 days ago, and have yet to receive a reply. As a result the software we purchased almost 2 weeks ago sits unused. Would appreciate a prompt reply.

Sorry to hear that. Can you please contact licenses at wholetomato dot com? They're the ones dealing with licensing issues.

We have other existing VA licenses that will come up for renewal this year, will we be able to roll those into this license server as well, at renewal time?
