This might be useful in some cases. Basically Find Symbol would get another column that displays the macros, if available.

It might look like this (with less terrible font of course)

Would including the UE4-specific information in hovering tooltips within the dialog suffice?

That'd be good yeah. Gives me an idea, what if Find Symbol would show the complete tooltip that you see in the editor?
