The functions are disabled!
But VA enabled in Extensions;
Win7 64bit home basic.
I also have vs2010 installed,in vs2010 ,everything works well. only in vs2015.
But when sometimes I disable and enable VA in extensions and update menu restart vs ,then maybe works again but not always succeed.It's not stable manner.
Help. please ! |

How are you loading VS2015?
Do you have VS2015 set to load a project on startup, show the start page, or start with a blank IDE?
Since VA is clearly installed, and works some of the time, the loading method, or perhaps the other extensions you have installed seems the obvious place to start looking.
Next time VA is working, can you please go to:
VA Options -> System Info -> Copy Info
and paste the details (from the clipboard) into your reply. This will give us the basic information about your setup. |

Using Windows 7, VS2015 Community Update 2 and VA 2094 I have loaded the IDE 10 times in a row, and VA is active and working correctly in both C++ and C# files every time.
If you look at:
IDE Tools menu -> Extensions and Updates...
what extensions are listed on you system? With VA installed I have the following extensions listed:

The Extensions list:
PS: After I install the VS2015. VA is the only extension I install by myself.I also check in Tools->extensions list.Only VA can be disabled others are all grayed! |

| PS Again(sorry,^_^): I just start vs2015 by start menu & devenv command line for 4 times, VA worked well. then what the hell? I really hope It can work forever. |

Something was going wrong, I just don't know what was stopping VA from loading. I am not seeing anything strange or odd about your system information, or your extensions list.
If this starts going wrong again, the problem might be caused by another program on your system. Anti-virus perhaps, that might effect VA. Or how much load your computer is under. We will just have to look for some form of pattern if the problem comes back, but hopefully this is now fixed. |
