I used to use VA Outline but now I just fell in love with VA View, it's more comprehensive and the Recent List is quite useful.
Sadly there is not keyboard shortcut to the Recent List section - There is even VAViesFIS and VAViewSIS! (which seems just in duplication of OpenFileInSolution and OpenSymbolInSOlution?)
And not even Tab can reach the recent list (nor does the mini outline section underneath). That's just an annoyance on lazy people like me. (But lazy people love awesome tools!)
Using VS2010 and VA 1936 I have mapped Ctrl+Alt+Num * to the keyboard command VAssistX.VAView
This places focus into VA View, and into the Files in Solution field. Tab moves focus into Symbols in Solution, and a second Tab moves focus into the recent list section.
