It would be fine if VAX would provide navigation between related #ifdef directives:

For example:

#ifdef ANY_MACRO1
// some huge code
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 1)
// some huge code
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 2)
// some huge code
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 3)
// some huge code
#endif

Now, lets say I right click on any one of these lines starting with #, VAX should show me dialog with list of all:

#ifdef ANY_MACRO1
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 1)
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 2)
#elif defined ANY_MACRO2 && (ANY_MACRO2 == 3)
#endif

I'll select one and VAX moves me there...
The same for regions and other multi-directives...

How about it???

However not exactly the same way you asked, but you should be able to navigate between these via pressing ctrl+]
