How do I increase the display time for "IntelliSense" choices? Or if I select the list and am scrolling it that it should not disappear?

The listbox should not disappear when you are using it. Are you scrolling past the top or the bottom of the listbox? This can close suggestion listboxes, but is configurable, as explained in this FAQ entry:
http://docs.wholetomato.com?W352
Which IDE and version of VA are you using? Does the listbox disappear if you simply leave it open and don't touch the mouse or keyboard?

Yes - it disappears while I'm using it and I am not scrolling past the range. I am using VS 2010.

This registry key was missing completely: HKCU\\Software\\Whole Tomato\\Visual Assist X\\VANet8\\ListboxSelectionStyle = 2 (and the analog: SuggestionSelect)

Are you seeing this problem with member listboxes as well? Listboxes that appear after typing dot or -> in your code?
Which programming language are you working in?
Do you see this problem in a new, default solution?
Can you please export your VA and IDE settings and send them to me:
VA Options -> Performance -> Export Settings
IDE tools menu -> Import and Export Settings -> Export selected environment settings
I can then import them here and see if I can reproduce the problem. Please submit the files via the form:
http://www.wholetomato.com/support/contact.asp
including this thread ID or URL in the description, so we can match it up.
