I purchased upgrade to VA. I am not able to activate it, it says "invalid login name or password".
I am able to login to the page https://my.embarcadero.com/ using the same password !!!
Why is this hard to just continue using the product?

And it is not the first time. Last time it was a nightmare too. I hoped you fixed it but no, it in not any better. You suck.

Do you remember how this was fixed last time?

At the risk of asking a stupid question, when you login, are you using the same machine and is the web browser using the same network / proxy as the IDE? I am just wondering if for some reason they could have different network configurations, which could be a factor.
