I read a lot about this problem, in the different forums, but still nothing worked to solve the problem.

Is there any way to do a patch for this.

There is a known problem in VS2008 that can cause this, and Microsoft have a fix, this FAQ entry has some details:

Hello,

Sorry they said it should be fix in the SP1 of VS 2008 but it is not.

That's why I though it could be something else...

Thank you for the direct link, I am updating our FAQ entry with this. Did this patch fix the crash for you, or are you still seeing the problem?
