If placing bottom example somewere, function is not recognized (for example cannot find it using Shift-Alt-S):

#define SSS throw()
int SomeMethod() SSS { return 1; }

or

#define SSS
int SomeMethod() SSS { return 1; }

Function is not rercognized if define is placed after declaration and before body.

case=4589 is fixed in Build 1614
