I'm not sure where my request went, but I sent a request to this address:

On June 2, asking that my account not be renewed.

I have left Visual Studio development this past year, and am using CLion now.

Who do I need to contact about getting a refund?

Apologies for the slow reply, I was out of the office.

as a first step, they should be able to help with this. As for not getting a response, I don't know, you should get a response. But I am not seeing anything having turned up in the support queue that matches this forum thread.
