I've installed the recent VA_X_Setup2537_0.exe to get rid of the focus-lost issue (TOPIC_ID=20714). But the issue is not completely gone for me:
After project loading (while VA is still parsing the files, if've set "Parse all files when opening a project), Ctrl+F seems to work all the time. However, after some time (when everything is initialized), Ctrl+F only works some time as intended. In many cases, I observe the focus-lost issue.
My configuration: VA_X64.dll file version 10.9.2537.0 built 2024.10.27 DevEnv.exe version 17.11.35431.28 Professional msenv.dll version 17.0.35327.3 Comctl32.dll version 6.10.19041.4355 Windows 10 10.0 22H2 Build 19045.5131 16 processors (x86-64) Language info: 1252, 0x409
I also observed the issue with DevEnv.exe version 17.12.35506.116 Professional and DevEnv.exe version 16.11.35425.106 Professional

Focus in the CTRL-F dialog is supposed to be fully fixed, so I am not sure what is going on here. This is rather concerning.
I have emailed you about this:

Hi, I still have this issue with 10.9.2537.0. when using incremental search. It still can be fixed by disabling the navigation bar.

Unfortunately the fix for the CTRL-F dialog didn't fix the CTRL-I dialog. To be fair, I didn't even realise there was a CTRL-I dialog, so I hadn't tested it myself before someone reported the problem. Still learning new things every day
