Using: VA_X64.dll file version 10.9.2537.0 built 2024.10.27 DevEnv.exe version 17.11.35327.3 Enterprise 7 licenses
After case=165029 being resolved the issue remains that the VA navigation bar flashes. When it does it also inhibits VS from showing any popup debug information which really is making life very difficult.
The flashing does not always happen, but debugging a dump file seems to have a very high chance of causing it (currently every time on my system).
A few other people have reported running into this problem, but so far I have not been able to reproduce it here.
I am making the assumption this problem is related to the focus problems with the CTRL-F dialog, which have also been showing up and causing other problems. If so, we may have a solution now. I have emailed you about this:
