Due to some issues like #include and coloring in 17.9.0, would be nice to see changelog.

The release notes are coming, but we wanted to get the new release out as soon as it was ready. I can confirm that, at least in all of my tests, it fixes the filtering problem with VA's Open File in Solution dialog when using a dot in the file name, Add Include not adding a #include line sometimes, and colouring for C# files in the latest versions of VS2022.
