I've found an issue when moving properties in VA Outline.
This is the initial situation:
If I drag, in VA Outline, the ReportFileName property and place it just under Write(), I get the following:
I'm working with Visual Studio 2022 17.8 and VA build 2458.
Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed in later VA versions?

I am seeing the same problem here, thank you for the very clear description. There is a known problem with dragging and dropping items via VA Outline when using => to mark the body of a function in C#. I have added this example to the case, so we have another case to check when this gets fixed:
