 VS2022 not responding after failed installing

i was install the VisualAssist from the Extensions Manager VS2022, but after the Installing process it was failed and says:

"Error: VS processes active. Please close all instances of Visual Studio before trying again."







i already close the Visual studio and reboot the PC but its still same.

and while i try to open the Visual studio, its says Not Responding after launching. i cant open the visual studio to uninstall visual assist because its still Not Responding any time.

Did the extension manager download the file "VA_X_Setup2502_0.exe" to your Downloads directory? It should. If so, if you make sure the IDE has been closed, and you just run this exe file directly from the Downloads directory, does the install work?
