I have a non-renewable personal licence which support ends October 2020.
Is it possible to renew my personal licence, so I can get support and access to the latest version?
I hope there is a cheaper option to renew a licence, so I don't have to buy it again, but this time with Perpetual License.

Unfortunately you will need to buy a new license, rather than renewing your non-renewable license. Remember if you are buying it for yourself you only need a personal license, rather than a corporate license, which is cheaper.
