This happens when I go to type in the first #include statement.
It looks like VaX is looking for headers to autocomplete and it hangs the IDE while waiting.
WPA reported Visual Studio was stuck in sendmessage, but nothing much useful beyond that.
I have a minidump (well it's 400MB) which I can upload somewhere if you email me.
