The completion listbox in the Quickwatch window (Shift+F9 when debugging) is a plain old VS listbox.

I'm not getting any listboxes in the Quickwatch window. Are you using C++ or C#?
Or are you talking about the drop-down menu which appears when you click on the down arrow?

When you start typing, you a completion list comes up.
