Having your solution and settings in hand made this a lot easier to reproduce, since it seems to depend on both the class having IDisposable as a base class, and the right VA suggestions settings. It took a little while to pin down the minimum required code and settings, but I got there.
Hopefully you are not seeing this all over the place.
Out of mild interest, what program did you use to capture the gif? It did a good job.
I see this on a few occasions happening. More bugging is that i get completion lists after inserting closing curly brackets. Will open another request for it.
