I began to write a bug report about the Paste menu but in the process of doing so I discovered that the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+V) was apparently hijacked in VS2019 by Microsoft's own implementation of the same thing, called "Clipboard History".
So instead I thought I'd make others aware that the Paste menu still works as before, you just have to re-bind the shortcut.
The only real difference between the two is that VAX's menu is focused on the 2nd entry when it's opened. That's the entry you're most likely looking for if you've screwed up your regular Ctrl+V buffer. Little details like that is what makes VAX a genial product.
