Unfortunately this is currently a known limitation. The way listboxes work in C# in VS2019 has changed from previous versions of the IDE. As a result we need to change how we interact with them to enable suggestions correctly. This is something we are still working on, and looking into. When we get this working the option will return:

I had noticed the problem and had turned them off for that very reason earlier on. A pity. VA is much better. Looking forward to a resolution.
