Everytime when I click the exe, the win10_1809 will pop up said: This app can't run on your pc". And I have tried three different win10_1809 system, all have same pop up, And if double click on VA_X_Setup2324_0, every thing is ok.

My win10 is en windows 10 1809 enterprise.

Same here.
Disabled my ESET AV System. No change.

Windows 10 Enterprise (German)
Version 1809. Build 17763.437

I'm seeing the same behavior on Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.706). When running the executable I also hit an issue with the signature not being valid, related perhaps?

I'm having the same issue, and still on Windows 10 Pro (version 1803, build 17134.706) too.
