When I use Alt+M (VAssistX.ListMethodsInCurrentFile) to bring up the method list, I am unable to use backspace to delete characters. I have to use the arrow keys and Del to remove characters instead. This certainly regressed recently. Is this is a known and reproducible issue?

Backspace should still work fine. I have tested this on two different machines:
Windows 7, VS2017 version 15.7.5, VA 2283 Windows 10, VS2017 version 15.7.4, VA 2283
Do you have any other versions of the IDE installed, so we can see if this is an IDE specific problem?
If you download and install an earlier version of VA does this problem go away? You can download older versions of VA from this page:

Does backspace work normally inside the editor, when you are editing code files? What about VA dialogs, like Open File or Find Symbol? |

I'm running Windows Insider build 18204. I set up a brand new VM with that build, installed VS 2017, and VisualAssist, and the issue reproduces immediately. I tried the exact same experiment with a current retail build of Windows, and the issue does not manifest. For both experiments, I used an older build of VisualAssist (2248). So I guess this is either a bug in Windows, or a latent bug in VisualAssist that got exposed by some change in Windows.
All other dialogs and windows are unaffected. It's just ListMethodsInCurrentFile.

case=118007 is fixed in build 2291, but it also seems that the change in Windows behavior was fixed in the most recent Insider build. |

Confirmed fixed with build 2291 on Windows Insider skip-ahead build 18242. |
