When I call Encapsulate Field the dialog shows so much informations.
Normally I never want that visual assist replace references.

So it is possible, that I can put the default of replace to off?
In this case the dialog could be much smaler.

If you wish to prevent updating of any references, uncheck the top-level box, i.e. the one associated with the current project.

We don't currently have a setting to prevent updating references by default, I have put in a feature request for that:

+1

Is it possible to get a setting (or better - a new command) to prevent the dialog? I use Encapsulate Field often on brand new classes so the handling of reference guard will need more time as write the code by hand.

I have put a note onto the case to indicate that this is something you are also interested in.

For now, if you press Shift-Tab in the Encapsulate Field dialog this should move keyboard focus to the results section, highlighting the topmost node, so you can probably just press Space to toggle off all of the results, then press Enter to accept the dialog.

Turning off Search all projects will help to make sure you only have one top level node to turn off.
