vs2013 and VA X conflict.
Quotes are not automatically not neat, how to slove? or how to prohibit vs2013 completion function?

What do you mean by that?

Tools -> Options... -> Text Editor -> C/C++ -> Automatic brace completion
or
Tools -> Options... -> Text Editor -> C# -> Automatic brace completion

This will disable Visual Studio's brace and quote completion. Read more about this in the documentation:
