I just received a notification that VS2013 Update 4 is available. Is it save for me to install this? Will it break VA?

Everything should be fine, but if you want to be sure wait a few days, and I will keep an eye out for, and test this update when it becomes available. Currently I am not seeing it offered as an update inside VS2013 Update 3. Its probably being rolled out over a few days.
