while I'm using VS2013 with visual assistx latest version, as you can see in pic,the letter 'p' in 'public' is mixed with guideline,how can I disable guideline or make it dashed? thx

I don't think that this is a Visual Assist feature, we don't have anything similar. What other Visual Studio extensions are you using?
The closest we have is the column indicator which is set to column 75 by default. (for printing, etc.) But that is a dotted line and it shows across the screen, regardless of the code structure. |

I found a suspicious setting in Visual Studio, it might be that line:
Tools -> Options... -> Text Editor -> C/C++ -> Formatting -> Outline Statement Blocks
However, enabling this does nothing for me, but maybe disabling this (if enabled) helps. |
