In Visual Studio 2013 with VAX build 10.8.2001.0, when I right click a method or variable, the only menu item that appears within "Refactor (VA)" is "Edit Refactoring Snippets...". I am only experiencing this issue in VB.NET projects.
This issue is also present in VAX build 10.8.2007.0.
accord, thank you for the solution. However, I must say this is not a very good user experience requiring the user to modify a hidden setting (registry key) in order to enable refactoring in VB.
What is the reason VAX build 2001+ is only active in C/C++ and C# files by default?
Even with a valid reason, why is this setting not available in the VAX Options dialog?
From now on, we will be focusing on C++ and C# as our main languages, but will continue supporting VB and other languages as well for existing users. VB is disabled when installing new IDEs, but this disable mechanism also activates when installing VS2013 for existing users as well. (since it is a new IDE, thus this registry key) So the determination who is a new user is not perfect.
