Like picture above,the navigate-bar has the focus,some global hot-key works,but some not.
the ctrl+o works,But the ctrl_shift+F (Edit.FindInfiles) don't work.

VA 1925 vs2008 I'm sure they have global-level.
Creation come from persist!
