A suggestion to add a remove-function to Refactor menu!
no matter the caret is on h.file or cpp file ,the VA can remove the fun-declare and imp in the meantime.
May the function-overload is a trouble for VA,So I think When invoke this remove-function cmd ,can take out the choose items like Alt+G navigate to function on the overload-functions.
Many VA function really do much-sense for keep the function declare and imp file consistency.
