I use Visual Assist X with Visual studio 2008 and all work fine, for php project I use VS.Php, now in Visual studio 2012 I use
PHP Tools for Visual Studio http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/6eb51f05-ef01-4513-ac83-4c5f50c95fb5
from microsoft and PHP files dont highlighting by Visual Assist.
Why ?

for example for javascript file in VS2012 all work fine
Please fix this pronlem

Visual Assist X does not understand, or know anything about PHP, which is why you are not getting any highlighting from VA. JavaScript is a supported language, which is why you are getting help there.

Unfortunately we don't have any current plans to support PHP, we have a full time job just keeping up with the languages and IDE's we already support.
