Hi,

I'm using VS 2012 RTM and VAX 10.7.1916.0.
I changed the theme of VS to "Dark".
The VAX syntax colouring seems to be working fine for everything except the Find Results window where it's using colors for the light theme instead to use colors for the dark theme.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks,
Marek

Yes, unfortunately this is a known problem:

case=65009

This is why Visual Assist warns you in a dialog box if you tick "View" in VA Fonts and Colors when the theme is dark.

Since these are the default VA colours for the VS2012 dark theme, I don't think this is case=65009.

Using the same IDE and version of VA here, the colours VA is using in the Find References Results window are being updated immediately and correctly when I change the IDE theme to dark.

Can you please restart your IDE, does this make any difference?

What extensions do you have installed in VS2012?

IDE Tools menu -> Extensions and Updates...

On a full install of VS2012 I have:

Microsoft Web Developer Tools
NuGet Package Manager
Visual Assist X
Visual Studio Extensions for Windows Library for JavaScr...

If your list is different this might be a factor.

case=65009 is still an issue but I don't think it applies to the screenshot.

The issue is that in VS2012, VA should be using the dark theme default colors in the Find Results toolwindow rather than the light theme default colors. case=69881

Hi Feline, my issue is with the Find Results "toolwindow" as shown in the screenshot not with the VA Find References Results window.

Oops, my mistake, I misread the screen shot, I am so used to thinking about our Find References Results window I went straight there.

The case is marked as fixed internally, so it should be rolled out as part of the next build, hopefully, if the testing will go smoothly.
