Options->Advanced->General->Display paste menu with X items

Changes only take effect after restart the IDE.

VA_X.dll file version 10.6.1862.0 built 2011.12.13
DevEnv.exe version 10.0.40219.1 Premium

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description, this was rather unexpected:

case=63937

Hopefully you only need to change this setting occasionally, so this is not causing to many problems.

I have put a bug report in for this, so it should be fixed sooner or later, but obviously this is not a high priority problem.
