Visual studio is crashing while I'm trying to go to a file.
The crash occurs after Visual Assist manages to index its files, and I try to Ctrl+, or Ctrl+; to locate any file.
My solution is a combination of UWP C++ + Win32 C++ Visual Studio 2015 projects open in a visual studio 2017.

Can you please capture a mini dump of the crash and submit the file via the form:

http://www.wholetomato.com/support/contact.asp

including this thread ID or URL in the description, so we can match it up.

A couple of thoughts while you are doing this, and our developers are looking at the dump file. Do you have:

VA Options -> Code Inspection (beta) -> Enable Code Inspection

turned On of Off? If this is turned On, does turning this Off make any difference?

Do you have:

IDE tools menu -> Options -> Environment -> Quick Launch -> Enable Quick Launch

turned On? If so, can you please try turning this Off. If turning off Quick Launch fixes this, can you try converting your solution to VS2017 format, and saving it out with a new name, so as not to disrupt your existing VS2015 format solution. If you now load the VS2017 format solution, do you still see the crash if you turn On "Enable Quick Launch"?
