'Button' silently refuses to work, EXCEPT user name and password are cleared. After getting this to work hope comes up.

These problems can be found here at least since February.

Software is good, but this will be perhaps my last extension after 10(?) years.

Meanwhile, I doubt that. They opened a case, couldn't help me and closed the thing after I demanded a refund. The last canned email offered re-opening at http://supportforms.embarcadero.com/, however VA is not to be found there among the selectable products... (BTW: "If you are having issues viewing this form in Firefox, please use an alternate web browser" - Sorry, no!).

I've been in this business for 20 years and have seen many good things die. There are clear signs on the wall.
