When I clicked the box to get the dropdown on the nested class, it didn't give me the "Implement Virtual Methods" option. When I moved it outside the parent class, it worked.
Something like this:
class Parent {
protected:
class Kid : public Abstract {
}
}

Interesting, I am seeing the same effect, but strangely enough, I never though to try this. Thank you for the clear details.
