Look the snap;
(1)The first 2 items about single BreakPoint.
  • insert/remove BreakPoint
  • Enable/Disable BreakPoint

I think this 2 are rarely used.The first can be accomplished by F9.It's fast and widely-known. The second is often replaced by the first in practice(remove and insert a new) Enable,then Disable is more arduous in contrast to remove & insert.
So to keep things simple and fast,The context-menu may discard the 2 items(Now the context is a little longer leading need to move the mouse the locate a item).

(2)the Item "Disable All BreakPoint" should move up because of more frequent used.
The temp disable all breakPoint to have a test and the enable all to debug in details is most common encounter.
BTW,Why this item cann't enable all breakPoint for restoring like the IDE's.It's odd and inconvenient.

This menu is kind of obsolete. We are not planning to improve it, and all features of this menu is accessible somewhere else.
