The macro define like
"#define CXIMAGE_SUPPORT_GIF 1
"

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.
case=70224
In my tests the macro is highlighted if used in "normal" code, e.g.
int nTempVar = CXIMAGE_SUPPORT_GIF;
its just not being highlighted on pre-processor lines.
