This version is available since several days, but it is not listed in the What's New section.

I nearly missed this update for this reason.

Rollout of a new release of VA generally goes like this:
- download link and release notes are posted to https://support.wholetomato.com/default.asp?W404, and forum threads are updated
- the main download page is updated 1-3 days later
- once the download page is updated, users that have both "Automatically check for new version" and "Also check for new beta version" checked get notified over the following week (when Visual Studio/Visual Assist start)
- 1 to 2 weeks later, users that have only "Automatically check for new version" checked get notified over the following week (when Visual Studio/Visual Assist start)
- about a week later, the Visual Studio Marketplace gets updated with the .vsix version of the release (so that VA notifications occur before VS notification)
- the What's New page is handled outside of engineering

The .vsix version is available via direct link using a modified version of the .exe link in the release notes. For example, the release notes link to 2366 is:
http://builds.wholetomato.com/binaries/VA_X_Setup2366_0.exe
The .vsix is available via a different file extension:
http://builds.wholetomato.com/binaries/VA_X_Setup2366_0.vsix

If you want VA to keep a look out for new versions, you can turn on one or both of the options:

VA Options -> Startup -> Automatically check for new version
VA Options -> Startup -> Also check for new beta version

we tend to release a new build quietly, just in case any nasty bugs made it past all of our internal testing. Once we are happy that we have a stable and reliable release, and the documentation is ready, we update the Whats new page. Apologies for the delay, but you can get an overview of the changes from the page:
