There is a bug with C++ decltype definition in VA.
Definition of variable with decltype not treated as definition.
If you declare external variable, define it with decltype
extern int integer;
decltype(integer) integer;

and set cursor on variable name in extern declaration,
VA does not offer go to definition with "Goto Implementation" or "Goto Related" commands.
