In advanced/refactoring/setting, i uncheck the option 'highlight references'
But if I set a breakpoint on a line, and i search a text that appear on that line, the background is highlighted.
on the image, you can see that print (that is the thing i search) is really difficult to read

We have a seperate option for find results:
VA Options -> Advanced -> Display -> Highlight find results |
