hajokirchhoff	Posted - Mar 31 2009 : 12:16:40 PM Build 1715: If I select refactor\|change signature while a build is in progress, the IDE stops responding and I have to kill it with the task manager. Refactoring anything while the compiler is building the project is not usually a good idea, of course, so it would be perfectly okay if the refactor menu was simply disabled. I accidentially tried to change the signature while a solution build was in progress. Visual Studio 2008 Pro on Vista x64 SP1, C++ project. Regards Hajo

accord	Posted - Mar 31 2009 : 4:55:34 PM It should not hang while you are compiling. We've fixed a Visual Studio hang which occurred at refactoring menu open. So it may be related. You can try to download and install this build to see if this helps: http://www.wholetomato.com/downloads/default.asp It is a release candidate.
