Posted - Dec 07 2007 : 04:53:14 AM I use the term 'indices' as a variable and comment my classes ala Doxygen.
Firstly 'indices' is a valid word (despite what the dictionary thinks), so I add it to the dictionary (via right-click menu). However the word is still underlined. So I add it again. Still underlined.
It doesn't show up when I run the spell checker, but I might of got sick of it being flagged and told it to ignore all.
Not major bug but I thought I'd let you know.

Posted - Dec 07 2007 : 09:45:13 AM Something odd is going on here. "indices" is being underlined as a spelling error for me in VC6, but not in VS2005 *sigh*
case=10388
Ignoring that for a second I have just right clicked this word in VC6 and told VA to add it, and it is no longer underlined. Add word took effect immediately for me.
Can you close the IDE and check your file:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\ <USERNAME> \\Application Data\\VisualAssist\\Dict\\UserWords.txt
and see if it has been updated with this word please? |
