When Visual Studio 2005 opens with VA X enabled, and you are running a previous version of VA X, a Yes/No message box pops up to notifiy the user that an update is available.
How do I turn that off? |

Turn off the two options:
VA Options -> Startup -> Automatically check for new version
VA Options -> Startup -> Also check for new beta version
