The debugging step filter feature has always worked great for me until now. For unknown reasons it just isn't populating the list as I step into functions.

I turned on all the show flags and it makes no difference, I step into and out functions and it is just not populating the list anymore.

Using VS 2022 latest, VA version: VA_X64.dll file version 10.9.2530.0 built 2024.07.30

and yes I'm debugging debug config binary so its not like these funcs are optimized out as the debugging stepping is all working.

This is working correctly for me with VA 2598.0 and VS2022 17.14.24.

And it also works for me in VA 2530 and VS2022 17.14.23

Can you please try making a new, simple C++ test solution and adding a couple of function calls from main that you can step into, to see if this works there? That will tell us if this is a solution specific problem or not.

My first instinct was to suspect the old version of VA on the latest version of VS2022 was a factor, but perhaps not. I thought that since there have been various breaking changes to VS2022 since it was first released, so another change with time would not shock me.
