It took a few minutes to really understand what you were doing here, but I get it now. That is an odd bug, but I am seeing the same problem here. Interestingly if the interface is defined in the same cs file as this test code then the problem doesn't show up. But it doesn't make much sense, outside of testing things, to have all of the code in the same file.

You can still navigate to the interface via VA's Find Symbol dialog, at least I can in my tests.
