The VA feature "Suggestion Lists" does not interact well with suggestions from GitHub Copilot. VA suggestions prohibit accepting suggestions from GitHub Copilot with the Tab key.
I understand that both want to use the Tab key to accept their suggestions and that a solution might not be easy. But I'm sure you can come up with a decent solution so that both features can be used in parallel.

This makes sense. Any thoughts on how we might try and work around this?
My first thought is to let Tab bypass the listbox, assuming we can reliably detect a Copilot suggestion, leaving you still able to use Enter on the listbox. I don't like this since it breaks muscle memory if you normally accept the listbox with tab, but it does leave you open to accepting one or the other. |
