The coloring inside of my tooltips is the default colors for the dark theme. I have changed some of the colors inside of the Enhanced Syntax Coloring options, and these options have correctly applied to the text editor and the VA Outline menu, but the colors inside the tooltip are still the default.

That isn't what I expect. Which version of Visual Studio are you using? Do you remember, approximately, the previous version of VA you were using? And which version of VA are you now using?
I can try to reproduce this here. I am not aware of this changing, but that doesn't mean it hasn't. |

I'm seeing the same bug in latest version. You say its a problem with VS, but I haven't changed what version of VS I'm on and only updated VA and then had the bug. |

Unfortunately this is a known problem, related to the way Visual Studio works, and what it lets us easily change. Hopefully, one day, we can pin down a good solution to this:
